Which countries do you ship to?
We deliver to most European countries which have no local Kinetics Nail Systems distributor presence. If there is an official Kinetics Nail Systems distributor in your country, you should make all purchases from the distributor. Please check our Kinetics Representatives section for your official Kinetics distributor.
OUR EUROPEAN DELIVERY AREAS: Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Malta, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland.
If your country is not included in this list, and you were unable to locate an official Kinetics distributor in your country, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will look for the best solution.
What are your shipping rates?
For orders up to 200 euro, shipping charge is 15 eur with EMS.
For orders above 200 euro, shipping is free of charge with EMS.
We offer also delivery with DHL, whose shipping rates are subject to the weight and destination of the parcel.
Once you place the items you wish to purchase in the cart, click on “Proceed”, and you will be quoted detailed shipping costs and an estimated delivery time.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Delivery time is dependent upon the shipping destination. For most destinations, delivery time is less than ten working days. To see an estimated delivery time for your order, please place the items you wish to purchase in the cart and click “Proceed”.
The delivery time that you will be quoted is only an estimate and may be subject to change. We cannot accept liability for any loss or damage for delivery at any time other than the estimated date of delivery.
Which carriers do you use?
We use different carriers depending on the weight and destination of a parcel. Our preferred carriers are detailed below:
• EMS (5-7 days)
• DHL(1-2 days)
How can I track my order?
You can track the shipment and delivery of your order by using the tracking number provided for you in the Order History on your Account page. The tracking number is also provided in the Kinetics Nail Systems email that confirmed shipment of your order.
What happens if my package is not received?
We are fully responsible for every order until the shipped items reach our customers. We promise to fulfill all orders. If you have not received your package, please check the tracking on your shipment first (see above item: "How can I track my order?"). If you still have concerns, contact us by email at email@example.com or by calling +371.6.729.5260.
What if the products received are frozen?
If any products in your order arrive frozen, simply let the products return to room temperature. Do not be concerned about the quality of the thawed products, since freezing will not affect the performance of primer, monomers, or any other products in your shipment.
CAUTION: Do NOT try to hasten the thawing process by putting any monomer or primer products in the microwave to thaw!
What if I'm not home when my package is delivered?
If you are not at home when the courier attempts to deliver your order, they will probably try to call you, using the phone number you entered with your shipping address, so that they can arrange a different delivery day or time. You also have the option, prior to delivery, to track your order using the Tracking Number and then contact the courier company directly to arrange a suitable time for delivery or arrange to pick up the parcel from the courier’s local office.
