In the event that an online purchase does not meet your expectations, Kinetics Nail Systems, Ltd. accepts returns of unused items within 30 days from the date of shipment.
We will be happy to accept any item in its unopened, unused, original condition. Kinetics Nail Systems, Ltd. reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.
To initiate a return, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, listing your name, your order number, and the item number of each product you would like to return. Please specify the reason you are returning each product, and if you prefer a refund or if you prefer to exchange the product.
A customer service representative will reply within 48 hours and give you a Return Authorization Number plus instructions on how to proceed. On the shipping document you received with your order, you will need to enter that Return Authorization Number in the space that says “to send back products,” which is at the bottom of the page.

Please be informed that you are responsible for the shipment costs when returning goods. You may choose the courier service you prefer. For your security, though, we advise that you select a courier or postal service that provides YOU with the ability to track the shipment and that guarantees the return receipt of your package. Kinetics Nail Systems, Ltd. is not responsible for your return shipment.
For product EXCHANGES, Kinetics Nail Systems, Ltd. will waive shipping charges on your re-order. IMPORTANT: If you are making an exchange, please be informed that we will not accept returns of purchased items that have been previously returned.
When requesting a REFUND, be aware that shipping and handling costs will not be refunded by Kinetics Nail Systems, Ltd. The reimbursement for the returned items will be credited back to the credit card you used to make the purchase. The time necessary to see the new balance on your credit card depends on your credit card company.
