How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order in the Order History on the Account page. If your order is still being processed, your order status will state “Pending.” If your order has been shipped or is awaiting pick up by the courier service, then your order status will state “Shipping.”
How do I know that my order went through?
Each time an order goes through, we will send you an order confirmation email to the email address that you supplied us with when you registered on our website. If you would like to change your email address, go to the email section of your Account page.
Where can I see previous orders that I've placed?
If you would like to see all of your previous orders’ details and amounts, you can view them on the Order History of your Account page.
Can I make changes to an order I've already placed?
If we have not yet shipped your order, you may cancel it for a full refund. However, you must be quick in contacting us with your cancellation request, since we try to process all orders the same day we receive them. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it, nor can we issue you a refund at that time.

What is Quick Buy?
The Quick Buy button is an option that allows you to place an order with a single click, saving you the steps of entering your address and your payment method. If you select Quick Buy, we will use your primary shipping address and primary payment method to process your order. If you would like to make changes to your primary shipping address or payment method, you can do so on your Account page at any time.
