Create a nail form and shorten the length of the natural nail using the White Turtle 180/180 K-File.

Use the K-Straight Pusher to push back the cuticle and to remove all non-living tissue.

Buff the natural nail plate using the Funny Penguin 240/240 K-Sponge to remove shine.

Remove any dust from the entire nail surface using the dust brush.

Apply K-Dehydrator to remove moisture and oils from the natural nail plate.

Apply one thin coat of SHIELD base coat in the same way as you would apply nail polish.

Cure under a 36W UV lamp for 90 seconds or under a 45W LED lamp for 30 seconds.

Apply one thin coat of SHIELD gel polish in the same way as you would apply nail polish. Seal the tip of the nail. Cure under a 36W UV lamp for 90 seconds or under a 45W LED lamp for 30 seconds.
Apply a second coat of SHIELD Gel Polish using the same technique. Cure under a 36W UV lamp for 90 seconds or under a 45W LED lamp for 30 seconds.

Apply a thin layer of SHIELD top coat. Seal the tip of the nail. Cure under a 36W UV lamp for 90 seconds or under a 45W LED lamp for 30 seconds.

Use Di-Tac Cleanser and cotton pads to remove sticky residue from all ten nails.

Wash the client’s hands thoroughly and dry with a towel. Finish by moisturizing with a drop of K-Aromatic Cuticle Oil at the cuticle, gently massaging using rounded motions.
